Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA):
Conjugated
Linoleic Acid (CLA) was discovered some years ago and
caused to scientific
sensation. This fatty acid found in red meat and

and effective for weight loss but... There is always
but... After clinical trials on mice and rates
results promised CLA's wonderful properties as
antioxidant and anti-tumor too but the only problem is
that human body do not react to CLA in same
way . Humans reduced a body fat but CLA
may create resistance to insulin and to cause to
increasing the risk of diabetes.
According the study of U.S. Department of
Agriculture in 2006 concluded that usage of CLA can
cause to redistribution of fatty acids in the tissue of
body organs like: heart, brain and spleen. They raised
concerns that CLA may cause to serious cardiac health
risks and risk of inflammatory diseases too.
Bottom
line is, that there is not enough clinically
proved info about human clinical studies performed
on CLA supplements regarding to their safety
or effectively burn or reduce fat.

health food stores and at online outlets.

name brand, as some brands have inconsistent or
insufficient amounts of CLA contained in them.

Anyway you would need to take 3-4 of
these capsules a day, with meals.

weight. You still need to be, on a balanced,
