Losing weight specifically for your wedding is obviously a very popular topic. However, there are certain traps that people tend to fall into when it comes to executing a wedding weight loss plan.
With the huge stress of wedding planning looming over you sometimes a wedding weight loss plan could be the furthest thing from your mind. This may mean that it would be easy for you to put off the weight loss and then become desperate right at the end and realize that you only have one month or less to lose some needed pounds. This is not a good trap to fall into because rapid weight loss programs are not only unhealthy and not permanent solutions, they could leave you feeling tired and drained on your wedding day which is the exact opposite of how you should be feeling.
The biggest tip I have to give would be to keep a wedding weight loss plan in mind as soon as you set your wedding date. Make your weight loss a steady 2 pounds per week and try not to be lured by the promises of easy weight loss by unhealthy techniques and systems.
Be sure not to stress yourself out by trying to do too much at once. It may help to keep a journal for your weight loss goals as well as your other wedding planning goals. Shoot for starting a simple exercise routine at least 3 times per week, as well as a healthier diet overall.
In the end you will be happy that you made the right decision in finding a healthy plan instead of resorting to drastic measures.
Good luck on your wedding day!
