Find one that has a free diet generator or an extensive list of food choices so you can vary your meals to your liking Check that the plan is easy to maintain as part of a new healthy lifestyle, with few changes when finish after you have achieved your ideal weight. Make sure that at least some exercise is suggested. Check the testimonials, success stories and any weight loss forums that reveal real people successfully losing weight with this plan.
