Much Water Should I Drink?
| Everybody
knows, the simple fact, that we should drink eight ounce glass of water
every day. The amount of water that you need depends on your weight,
level of activity, the temperature and humidity of the environment and

You may harm
yourself by drinking too much water but this is not easy. This may
happen because of obsessive-compulsive behavior or because of extended
athletic activity, large amounts of water can dilute the electrolytes
and these are the sodium and potassium in your body.
